Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag attached.
• To start a return, contact us at atenciaj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• We will send you the return shipping instructions (the customer covers the return shipping cost, unless the item arrives defective or with a print error).

Refunds:

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will approve your refund and process it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Custom/print-on-demand products: since these items are made to order, we do not accept size exchanges due to incorrect size selection, but we do offer replacements if the product arrives damaged or with print defects.
• If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
